1. Introduction

Welcome to Halfsy. By joining our waitlist or "Founding Members Club", you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Founding Members Club & Voucher Offer

The "Founding Members Club" is a promotional waitlist for early adopters of the Halfsy application.

• Eligibility: The £10 voucher offer is available to the first 5,000 users who sign up for the waitlist and subsequently create a verified Halfsy account upon launch in the UK.
• Redemption: The £10 voucher is strictly redeemable against Halfsy transaction fees and service charges only. It cannot be withdrawn as cash, transferred to other users, or used for purchases at merchants.
• Expiry: Vouchers may be subject to an expiry date which will be communicated upon account creation.

3. Waitlist Participation

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee immediate access to the service. Access will be rolled out in batches to ensure platform stability.

4. Limitation of Liability

Halfsy is not a bank. We provide technology to facilitate group payments. All financial services are provided by our regulated banking partners.
